Prior Business Experience
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I enjoyed a rewarding 20 year career in the pharmaceutical and dermatology industry in sales, marketing and executive leadership.
During my career, I successfully launched a number of products and brands, as well as developed and managed high performing sales teams at both boutique and Fortune 500 companies.
Why I Chose Real Estate
Through the years, as an owner and investor of numerous properties, the various real estate agents that I worked with mostly left me feeling very unsatisfied with their level of service, attention to detail and overall professionalism.
One day, as I was speaking to a collegue of mine about our mutual frustration with the real estate industry, he shared a report with me that explained how more than 90% of all real estate agents had no prior sales or marketing experience…and that on average they only sell 1-2 homes a year!
I knew that I could make a difference.
As a Realtor, I am able to combine my formidable business skills (marketing, negotiating, contracts and sales), passion for real estate, competitiveness and drive with my desire to serve others at the highest level.
My approach begins with understanding your motivations, goals and needs.
Once armed with this knowledge, then I can begin taking the steps necessary to achieve the results that we are looking to have.
Working with me means working with me.
I don’t secure you as a client only to hand you off to someone else.
While I have a great staff that supports me, you can rest assured that from day one to the day that we close escrow, I am the one driving us to success every single day (and night).
Speaking of night’s, hardly a day goes by when I don’t get a call from a client in the evening. We may have spoken 3-4x during the day, but things do come up and you may have a question.
So, when I tell you I am available, I’m available at any time.
I am results oriented and I like to win.
This means that whatever your goals are as a buyer or seller, I will find a way to accomplish them.
My past results speak for themselves, but I am motivated by the saying that “you are only as good as your last transaction”.
So, while you can have confidence from the fact that I currently rank in the top 1.5% of all real estate agents in the United States in dollar volume (Real Trends / America’s Best Real Estate Agents national rankings), and that I have recently been honored by the San Diego Association of Realtors and the San Diego Union with the prestigious “Circle of Excellence” award, you can have even greater confidence knowing that I never rest on my laurels.
Buying and/or selling a home is one of the most important things that a person will ever do and to be entrusted by my clients to see-it-through for them, from the beginning of the process all the way through to a successful end, humbles and drives me to give and do my very best every single day.
