Park Place is an iconic Downtown San Diego luxury residential complex that is comprised of a high-rise tower and mid-rise building consisting of 161 condos and a townhome building that includes 13 tri-level townhouses.
Designed by Dikeakos and Cotter Architects, and developed in 2003 by Bosa Development, Park Place features contemporary styling and Mission-style architecture and is very similar in look to “One Park Place” in the Monopoly game.
Park Place is situated in a great location, just across the street from The Headquarters (great restaurants that include Season’s 52, Eddie V’s and Puesto) and Rucco Park. And from there it is only one more block to San Diego Bay.
The unobstructed views of San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean from many of the residences at Park Place are as stunning as any found in Downtown San Diego.
Also, if you are looking in Downtown San Diego for a lot of square footage and haven’t been able to find what you are looking for, just know that you’ll most likely find it at Park Place. Beacuse during the construction phase some condos were combined, some residences at Park Place offer almost 7,000 square feet of living space!

The Marina District in Downtown San Diego often appeals to those who want to be around the action of downtown, rather than directly in the action.
Located in the southwest area of Downtown San Diego, along San Diego Bay, the Marina District is bordered to the north by the Columbia district, to the southwest by the San Diego Marina and to the east/southeast by the Gaslamp Quarter.
The neighborhood may only be just blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the Gaslamp Quarter, but it is far enough for those who prefer a more relaxing feel to their downtown living.
The Marina District offers more choices for buyers compared to most other Downtown San Diego neighborhoods, so you’ll find a wide selection of residential options, including a good mix of mid-rises, high-rises, amenities and pricing.
If you do choose to live in the Marina District, you’ll be within steps of the following Downtown San Diego attractions and landmarks, including:
