There are no fees required to qualify for a refund.

Everyone who buys a home with Frank Grannis as their real estate agent receives a refund. It’s as simple as that!

You will receive your refund at the close of escrow.

Very few (if any) other top ranked, full-service San Diego real estate agents share with their buyers a single dollar from their commission.

And while some national internet brokerages do (unfortunately in exchange for discounted service), our refunds are more than even what they offer their buyers!

There is no minimum or maximum purchase price required to qualify for a refund!

Maybe so, but it’s true!

In fact, in 2022 Frank Grannis refunded over $100,000 to buyer’s. And in 2023, we are on track to refund even more!

Keep in mind that while we choose to refund each buyer as a gesture of thanks for putting their trust and dreams in our hands, Frank Grannis in no way whatsoever cuts corners to do so. We are not a discount brand. Not in the slightest.
