MLS Listings Information

We may use third-party Service providers to provide MLS listings that You can search through.

IDX Broker is a third party servicer for MLS data. They take the raw data from each MLS and package that into a search-friendly format made available to real estate websites such as Ours. When Real Estate agents get ready to sell a property, they gather all of the information about the property and send this listing information to their governing board or MLS. Each MLS stores this data, allowing IDX vendors to access this on behalf of the MLS members.

When You click on a listing offered on Our Service, you are then transferred to the IDX Broker server so that You can be shown detailed listing information.

You can view as many listings on Our Service as you want, without ever having to sign-up for an account. Should You choose to save (i.e. “favorite”) a particular listing, then in order to do so, You will be required to sign-up using Your Google or Facebook sign-in information, or You will also have the choice to sign-up for an account by providing Your first name, last name, and Your email address. You also have the option to include Your phone number.

Should You sign-up for an account, then IDX Broker will share this sign-up information with Us, whereby We may email, call or send an SMS to You for the purpose of an introduction and to check to see that You are able to utilize the MLS search functions. In addition, by signing-up for an account, IDX Broker will update Us on Your browsing history so that we can monitor what homes You may have saved during a search.

If You would like to delete your account, You can do so directly from Your account or You can do so by contacting Us at privacy@frankgrannis.com
In the subject line, You must include the phrase “delete IDX Broker account”, and in the body of the text, please provide Your log-in info so that Your search history is deleted and Your account is closed.
