Derby Point is small community in the north part of San Diego’s Carmel Valley that is comprised of 10 two-story homes.

Built by Continental Homes in 1999, the community is situated on one cul-de-sac street (Via Viejo) that is bordered by Torrey Hill Lane to the south and by Old El Camino Real to the northwest. Both of these streets are accessed from Derby Downs Road (which is just east of El Camino Real).
