Coronado Shores is a gated beachfront condominium community located immediately south of the Hotel del Coronado.
The community occupies a 32-acre prime stretch of Coronado coastline, with the Pacific Ocean to the west, Silver Strand Boulevard to the east, Avenida Del Sol to the north, and Avenida Lunar to the south.
Built primarily during the 1960s and 1970s, Coronado Shores is known for its high-rise beachfront setting, resort-style amenities, and walkable location near the Hotel del Coronado, Coronado Village, the Coronado Yacht Club, restaurants, shops, parks, the Coronado Ferry Landing, Glorietta Bay, the Coronado Municipal Golf Course, and the Coronado Tennis Center.

In addition, each tower entrance and elevator requires key fob access, and delivered packages are held in a locked mail room until picked up.

Each Coronado Shores tower offers on-site, underground gated parking. The garages also include bicycle parking areas.
Inside each tower, residents have access to a designated locked storage room with individual storage locker cages, often used for beach gear and other personal items.
Each tower also provides grocery and luggage carts on a first-come, first-served basis.
