About La Mesa
La Mesa is situated among central and east San Diego County, 10 miles from Downtown and 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean.
The city is bordered by Lake Murray and Rolando to the west, El Cajon to the east, Route 94 to the south, Blue Lake Drive and Navajo Road to the north and it is bisected by both Interstate 8 and Route 125.
