The Frank Grannis Home Buyer Refund

Frank Grannis refunded over $100,000 to buyers in 2022, and we are on track to do even more in 2023!

Why do we share our commission? It’s quite simple. It’s our way of saying thank you to our clients for putting their trust in us as their real estate agent.

In comparison, very few (if any) other top-ranked, luxury real estate agent’s give a single dollar back to their clients.

About Roseville Point Loma

Roseville is the oldest settled neighborhood in Point Loma, having been established in 1869.

In fact, for a short time after its development, Roseville acted as its own city, apart from San Diego.

Some locals still refer to the neighborhood as “Tunaville” as this was the area where many fisherman lived when San Diego was the “tuna capital of the world”.

Roseville encompasses The Village, America’s Cup Harbor and Shelter Island.

The neighborhood is bordered by Talbot Street, San Diego Bay and Nimitz Blvd.

Popular attractions within Roseville include:

  • Cabrillo Recreation Center.
  • Humphrey’s Concerts By The Bay (intimate outdoor music venue with national acts).
  • Shoreline Park (one mile stretch of land featuring panoramic views of San Diego Bay and downtown).
  • “Festa” (yearly Festa do Espirito Santo religious festival and parade).
  • Silver Gate Yacht Club.
