Rancho Santa Fe Farms, often simply called The Farms, is a 24-hour guard-gated golf community located in Rancho Santa Fe’s 92067 ZIP code.
The community was developed primarily during the 1980s and 1990s and includes approximately 91 custom homes surrounding a private championship golf course.
Rancho Santa Fe Farms is not trying to be every type of luxury community. It has a very specific identity.
This is a private golf-centered community with custom estates, mature landscaping, a quiet residential feel, and one of the more respected private golf clubs in Southern California.
Most homes have some relationship to the golf course, surrounding hillsides, valleys, or open-space setting. Some properties also capture longer-range views, and in certain locations, even distant ocean views.
In addition to the main Rancho Santa Fe Farms community, there is also a separate gated enclave inside the community called Spyglass, which includes a small number of larger homes on larger lots.
